Chuck Wagon Gang recorded this song & I believe you can find all their songs on their website. This Depression era family group, started so they could keep eating thru hard times, has been active since 1936 in one configuration or the other. I believe they sang secular songs, too, when they first got started but now the group only sings what I call "Western Gospel." What I like best about them is the hopeful peppiness of most of their songs...like it is just bubbling up from the bottom of their souls. If you have an ounce of Christian teaching, this is a good growth venue. Great pure roots music. & don't let anybody dictate the fallacy that music is ONLY emotion.
