To the "Guest" who wrote the response on May 18, 2013: no, Dewayne "Spunk" Trent from Pineville, KY did NOT write this song. This song was written and published by Evangelist Nancy Harmon. You will find this to be true by going to BMI's website and looking it up (www.bmi.com), and also on the government's copyright website. Anyone else claiming to have written this song is not telling the truth.

To the lady asking about the song, it is found on two of Nancy Harmon's albums: "With You In Mind" and "Oldies But Goodies." Both are available on the ministry's website: www.nancyharmon.org.

The man who wrote this song was Dewayne "Spunk" Trent. from Pineville, Wv. He sang with the Pattons and other groups.
go to YouTube and watch the Pattons. He was the tenor for them.

I had the cassette tape by The Pattons from West Virginia with the song More Than Anything on it.

Also another West Virginia Group, The Adkins Family from Wayne, WV also had this song on one of their tapes.
