He is so great, and I'm so small,
I am amazed that He's concerned each time I call.
Though I'm unworthy of His love and care
He pours unnumbered blessings on me from up there.
Each secret heart, He understands.
I know He holds the whole wide world within His hands.
He hears each anguished prayer;
He sees each sparrow fall;
He is so great --- and I'm the most unworthy of all.
I'm thankful that, He cares so much,
Each day that passes by I sense His gentle touch.
He's not too occupied, from day to day
To guard my every step along the narrow way
To broken hearts, comfort he brings
He sends His angels down to fold me in His wings
He loves us with a love that's more than any love
