It was sang by the Dixie Melody Boys back in the late 70's. It was on their live album.

Gaithers sing that song i think. Its been on my heart all day today. I dont remember who sang it tho.

I forgot the first verse, but I know the chorus. It goes like this. Lighting was flashing thunder was crashing storms were all around just when you think that that you'd drown and Jesus can't be found he says: "PEACE BE STILL" If you know the song... Please tell me.

This song was written by Malcolm Burton,who was the lead singer of the Mid-South Boys at the time.It was in the late 70s. The song was the title track of their album,He Can Say Peace.
