I believe this is from a musical called Reaching People, written by William J. Reynold in 1972.

First heard this song in high school some 10 years ago. It has always remained dear to my heart. I have been searching for the lyrics. Thanks for sharing.

It's been many years May 2011 to be exact, but here I am again looking and singing this song and trying to find a recording of it. I thought the Centurymen sang this song years again, but I have been unsuccessful in locating it. Who recorded it? I thought it was an all male group I heard sing it so many years ago.

The SMITE singers (Liberty University's missions team) sang this in the 1977 or so era (I heard them, and was moved to tears).

"People to People". This was the theme song at Church Camp many years ago, and one of my favorite hymns!!

Do you know who wrote it? Wasn't it originally part of a Christian musical?
