Well, I found a recording of me leading my choir singing it, 20 or so years ago, but that's about all. Still looking! I'd gladly pay to find the composer/arranger/lyricist and thus get to the sheet music.

This song was my daughter's favorite song as a young girl. She's now 37 and I also can't find it anywhere.

It might also be that the last line of the chorus is

He died that you might live again.

I changed a word and got a bit farther searching, though I still can't tell if it's the right song.

I changed it to "Nobody loves me like Jesus does".
