Thank you for sharing these lyrics. I have looked for them for years. When I was a teenager our pianist, Hazel Denham, would sing this song so beautifully that I still remember it more than fifty years later. Would love to find the sheet music or a recording of it.

Oh it is Jesus, oh it is Jesus, oh it is Jesus in my soul, for I have touched the Hem of His Garment and his blood has made me whole.....

Somebody was looking for this recently and I can't find their query.

If I could but touch the hem of His garment,
 As Jesus passes by.
Oh, let me feel the thrill of His presence,
And know that He is ;mine.
Oh, let me hear the voice of the Savior,
In tones so sweet and low.
Bidding me come and drink at the fountain,
 Where the healing waters flow.

If I could but touch the him of His garment,
 And be made whole again.
If I could but see His smile of forgiveness,
 His grace and favor win.
My heart would be filled with joy overflowing,
 My soul His name adore.
His presence l'll sing forever and ever,
 On heavens golden shore.

If I could but touch the hem of His garment,
 As Jesus passes on.
Don't let me miss thy full salvation,
The time will soon be gone.
Hold to my hand Oh Blessed Redeemer,
Don't let me lose the way,
Teach me to follow in thy footsteps,
 Abide with me alway.
