Hello,
My daughter lived in Kentucky for four years and learned of this song . Her friends family sang it a lot. When she came back home to N.C. she forgot about it for a long time then got to missing it . she told me to try to find it. Praise God that you have put the words on the net so others can also have the words to this song.
God Bless, Norma and Tonia

My mother who has been dead 50 years, would sing this song. I've looked for so long for the words to the song. Thanks so much for helping me find them.
God bless you,
Maxine

PREACHING BY THE ROADSIDE

preaching by a roadside under a tree
folks come a long making fun of me
they say that i'm crazy soon see there fate
they all have churches in every state

some where in glory you'll find me
you'll find me yea u find me
some where in glory you'll find me
singing and a shouting till eternity

while i am resting under the sun
my home is waiting at the right hand of god
the angels are holding my robe and my crown
Gabriel is waiting for the trumpet to sound

some where in glory you'll find me
you'll find me yes you'll find me
some where in glory you'll find me
singing and a shouting till eternity

if u don't see me when you enter the door
keep right on a searching over the shore
ill be there waiting a watching for you
come on in to the singing a praying to

some where in glory you'll find me
you'll find me yes you'll find me
some where in glory you'll find me
singing and a shouting till eternity

singing and a shouting till eternity

here is how we sing it hope it was what u was looking for

I Bowed On My Knees And Cried Holy

Verse: 1
I dream of a city called glory, so bright and so fair,
when I enter the gates I cried holy, the angels all met me there,
they carried me from mansion to mansion, and oh the sights I saw,
then I said I want to see Jesus, the one who died for all.

Chorus:
Then I bowed on my knees and cried holy, holy, holy,
I clapped my hands and sang glory, glory to the son of God.

Verse: 2
As I entered the gates of that city, my loved ones all knew me well,
they took me down the streets of heaven, the scenes to many to tell,
I saw Abraham, Jacob and Isaac, Mark and Timothy,
but I said I want to see Jesus the one who died for me.
