I heard this song numerous times on Family Radio many years ago. It was sung by a full choir. The lyrics I distinctly remember are:

"There is joy, joy, joy a sinner has come home"
"There is joy, joy, joy in heaven today."

But the Internet shows nothing when I search on various engines. Can anyone help me?
