The words that you wrote down are incorrect. I have been singing the song from 1968, and I learned it from The Crisp Family from Dalton Georgia. I still sing the song. You have wrong words in some places and have added words in other spots.

The last line in the Chorus - the way the Happy Goodman's sang it that I remember was, "God's Word will last forever, throughout eternity." (not God's Word lives forever).

Thats a GREAT song, I havent heard it in years.
