Correction in the chorus "that leads to heaven above"
Correction to verse 2 which is actually verse 3 - "I'm trying daily to live for others, something to give my brother, grasping in darkness blind."

Verse 2 - The road to heaven is straight and also narrow the gate,
around us trials of every kind.
So if we clear out the snares that hinder, give them our prayers,
It'll make it easy for those behind.

there is one more versetothe songthe road to heaven is straight and ohso narrowthe gate around me trials of every kind but if we'll clean outthe snare enter in and give him our prayers he will say we made it easy for those behind

" Working The Road To Glory"

I. I often think of the days so swiftly passing away.
The road to heaven seems hard to find. But I Am
doing my best to reach the home of the blessed
and make it easy for those behind.

chorus: Working the road to glory,working the road
to glory. Helping the weak and the blind. I want
to smooth out the road that leads to heaven's
abode and make it easy for those behind.

II. I'm trying daily to live for something others to
give, my brother grasping in dark despair.
I want to hear him someday in glory lovingly
