Mary went down to the tomb to pray
Down to the tomb where Jesus lay
When she got there an angel said:
"Jesus has risen from the dead".

Hallelujah! He has risen!
Hallelujah! Clap your hands
Hallelujah! He has risen!
Hallelujah! Clap your hands
I remember there being more verses, including one about Mary finding Jesus' "wrappings" on the ground.
I also remember this being a favourite at school because we would clap during the chorus.
