Update: finally got a hold of the lyrics, here's what they are

An older member of my church sang this hymn at a recent service and the chorus goes like this

Sing Glory,
Sing Glory,
Let this warfare be ended by and by

I asked around and all of the older folks knew the song but didn't know the name and had never seen it written down before
