I had their album decades ago.
I'll hazard a guess that Roy Turner may have written it
As for There's One Thing That Never Fails,
this is the chorus:

There’s one thing that never fails, Love wonderful love,                                 
Everyday it still prevails, Love wonderful love,
Coming from Heaven, flooding my soul,   
Setting me free and making me whole,       
Let the blessed tidings roll,

I don't know whether this is just the refrain for something longer, or if it is just a short chorus:

There’s one thing that never fails—
Love, wonderful love;
There’s one thing that shall prevail—
Love, wonderful love;

Coming from heaven, flooding my soul,
Filling my life (heart?) and making me whole;
Let those bless-ed tidings roll!
Love, wonderful love!
