Lyrics & possibly title to He’s Here Right Now - Older Pentecostal Song

Hi, I’m looking for the verses to a song we sang growing up in an Apostolic Pentecostal Church 25ish years ago. I know most of the chorus & part of a verse but would like the entire song if anyone can help. The chorus goes:

He’s here right now, reaching out his hand
His Spirit is drawing us near Him again.
He’s blessed this place with His Holy touch,
Our hearts are now open, Lord,
Stir us and fill us again.
