Were you able to find the lyrics or sound track to this song? I remember as a kid, waking up on Sunday mornings to the sound of a wonderful baritone singer as he introduced a morning message and I, too, have looked for it.

A couple of songs I would recommend for funeral services would be
"Look for Me for I will be there too" and "I Firmly Promise You"
