Did you ever find this song? I believe the song is titled "O Glorious Day! We sang it in church all through my childhood years. And yes it was in a Baptist Church in a small town in Michigan.

SOMEONE PLEASE...Who wrote "One Day I Will" NOT "One Day". I can't find this info anywhere.

The music in the Baptist hymnal is completely different - and being in a Baptist hymnal the tune is much livelier than the one on YouTube - should be the other way around!

That is because he wrote it in 1909.

Here is what I found:

Traditional, Lyrics by J. Wilbur Chapman (1909), Music by Michael Bleecker CCLI#: 5181287
2007 Bleecker Publishing (Admin. by Michael Bleecker)

to Maddiesnana-J. Wilbur Chapmand could not have written One Day in 1920. He died in 1918.

The Casting Crowns version "(Glorious Day (living He loved me)" is not the traditional tune but WOW it's wonderful and bringing this awesome hymn to another generation!!
