Hi Sleyk
Still not finding anything in our search,
can you give us some background information
as to where you remember this from;
the church denomination, a hymnal, that sort of info
as anything might help
Thanks,
Nancy

Casting Every Care On Him...

Blessings on everyone. Truly, I thank and praise God for this forum.

I was blessed by someone once before by helping me find a song I hadn't heard in 25 years, and I wanted to come back to see if I could find another hymn that eludes me.

I have searched high and low and cannot find who wrote the song or the lyrics themselves. I remember most of the words, but its been 25 years, and so very long, I am not sure how perfect my recall is! :)

The song lyrics I'm searching for is:

Verse 1
"Casting every care on him...
Is keeping there, with every hour you find
My words ring out, My happy heart can sing,
Where he leads, I find his peace, divine."

Chorus
"In everything, my prayer shall hear his peace.
In nothing worry upon.
Oh come with thankful hearts to Him,
And you will know his blessed peace divine."

Verse 2
"Casting every care on him.
Anxiety will surely flee your world.
He knows your needs, He intercedes for you!
Though faith be thin, hold up to Him, to death."

Chorus
"In everything, my prayer shall hear his peace.
In nothing worry upon.
Oh come with thankful hearts to Him,
And you will know his blessed peace divine."

That's as best as I can remember! I pray that God will send someone somewhere who might know these words to this song and help me :)

Thank you for any and all help!
