I have this song on an old record, I searched all over for the lyrics so I could sing it at a funeral. My mom came up with the song the morning of the funeral.
If anybody else is searching, I'll make it easy

Christians don't die, they only go home.

1) "They're not of this world, even as I",
are the words Jesus spoke, to His father on high;
Life here below, is just a road we must travel,
before we can go, to our home in the sky.

Chorus) Christians don't die, they live forever;
they leave this world, just to go home,
This mortal has, put on immortality,
For Christians don't die, they only go home.

2) Now Jesus was born, to save sinful man,
Eternal life, to give us He planned;
On Calvary's Cross, the sentence of death was lifted,
and death is a word, not known in Heavens dear land.

3) The wages of sin, bring death to a soul,
But God's gift is eternal life, we are told;
so how can you say, a man is dead if he's living
in Heaven's bright home, where he'll never grow old?

Hi. Here are the words/chords to Christians Don't Die. The music has never been written out. It can be found on the Victory Trio Record or the Harkers Island recording. If you listen to Christian Holiness Broadcasting Radio for a few days, you'll probably hear it.
