Words of Hymn - I see afar the break of day

I can remember singing a Hymn whose opening lines were_"I see afar the break of day where every land beneath the sun's rays to Jesus will belong".It is sung to a Welsh tune, whose name I don't know. Can anyone help? Many thanks KayWM
