Come Home ... and rest with me inside.

I sang this at my grandmother's funeral. I am a music minister/educator, but I left the book with this song in its collectionat my last church/school. More of a song for funerals and prodigal son. I would like to find it, as my aunt has asked for it to be used at an upcoming funeral. The lyrics begin:
in meter of 3
Verse: No longer will I fear, _ _ _ _ _ near, _ _ _ _ to receive you whom I hold dear.
Refrain: Come home, come home. The doors are open wide. Come home, come home, and rest with me inside.
If anyone can help, I know you would be included in my prayers often throughout the rest of my life!
