I have not been able to find the lyrics to this anywhere or anybody who has sung it before. I remember a few words of the chorus as follows:

Its walls made of jasper; its streets are of purest of gold
Such sights never seen by mans eyes; the beauty of mansions untold
My address will be in care of the Lord; [other lyrics i can't remember]
Oh come and see me in my brand new home; new Jerusalem up in the sky
