Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

I heard a beautiful hymn about a rose only blooming in the valley. It was allegorical to how God came down from the mountain as Jesus and bloomed like a rose in the valley. I wish I could remember the lyrics better. I've searched and can't find the song. I heard it on Classic Christian Radio and I can't find a playlist for them either
