Hi Daniel
Here are the lyrics as best I could tell

He found me lying by the side of the road
Sin had left me there at an all time low
Badly beaten, bruised and bleeding and left to die
But what the enemy failed to realize I was only half dead but still half alive
When The Savior came to my rescue as others passed by

He lifted my head up close to His side
With His healing hands wiped the tears from my eyes
And he loved me as He held me safe in His arms
He put the oil of His Spirit into my sin wounds
And He whispered “My child, I too once was bruised.
To bring you healing, I took your stripes; I still bear the scars”

He still bears the scars because He loved me
He suffered and died to set my soul free
By His stripes I am healed through His Spirit I’m filled
I’m a child of The King
I’m trusting in One whom I’ve never seen
But I’m showered with blessings for in Christ I believe
I made it this far, kept saved by The One still bears the scars

The Disciples had gathered behind a closed door
They’d seen the risen Lord one week before
But this Sunday Doubting Thomas assembled there too
When suddenly before them The Savior appeared
Saying “Thomas take your finger and place it right here”
His faith revived, Jesus Christ was alive
Thomas saw, now he knew

He still bears the scars because He loved me
He suffered and died to set my soul free
By His stripes I am healed through His Spirit I’m filled
I’m a child of The King
I’m trusting in one whom I’ve never seen
But I’m showered with blessings for in Christ I believe
I made it this far, kept saved by The One still bears the scars

I made it this far, I made it this far, yes I made it this far, yes I made it this far, I made it this far
kept saved by The One still bears the scars
He still bears the scars
