Trying to find the name of a song..

Hello, I am having trouble finding this song... Some of the lyrics go like this... "If you ever look for me and don't find me here" " 'Cause I've gone to Heaven and I hope that I'll meet you there" It was sung in church a few weeks ago and I am having trouble finding the name of it
