Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

My church used to sing a song that was written by Lancaster Baptist Church (West Coast Baptist College) called "Together We Strive." I have the words now but am hoping to find a recording (audio or video) of the song being sung. There was a Youtube link on here before but it doesn't work now. Can you help?
