looking for quality organ/vocal versions of old hymns

I'm trying to find a good source of 19th and 18th century hymns, arranged for organ and vocals. something like what I'd hear at my local small community church. Most of what I'm finding on youtube tends to be a bit too dramatic and lack the folkish quality that I really enjoy. Any suggestions for sources to look into are most appreciated.
