Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

its been probably near 15 to 20 years since I heard this song on an old southern gospel radio station in Georgia. The lyrics I remember say

Mercy hands rescued me when i was sinking.....he keeps lifting me up with mercy hands.

Any ideas?? Would love to find this song again
