I don't know if this is the actual title. It starts the chorus. It goes kind of like this
Let me touch Him , Let me touch Jesus . Let me touch Him as He passes be, Just to touch the hem of His garment, So that others may live and not die.Just to be His hand extended, reaching out to the oppressed, let me touch Him , let me touch Jesus, so that others may know and be blessed.

I have been humming this tune since morning. I could only remember the verse. Oh to be His hands extended...it is a blessing to see the lyrics here.
I was virtually coaxed in to searching on the web and found this URL..I wonder if I can find the tune for rest of the song. I remember this song as a kid or just this verse as a kid. It is all coming back to me now 40 years later.
