I know of a song with that title, which may or may not be the one you're looking for. It was included in a Word of Life camps songbook in the late 60's or early 70's, probably written by Don Wyrtzen, and goes like this:

In the stars His handiwork I see
On the wind He speaks with majesty
Though He ruleth over land and sea,
What is that to me?

I will celebrate Nativity
for it has a place in history
Sure, He came to set His people free

Till by faith I met Him face to face
And I felt the wonders of His grace
