I'm looking for information about a song that my father sang when I was very small. I have no idea who recorded it or even all the words, but I think the verse is something like...

I'm longing for Jesus to come back, I long for Jesus Christ my King, to come and take me to my home beyond the starry skies, up there where angels shout and sing.

If anyone has any information on this I would be very appreciative.

I am looking for the other stanza that goes like..."And though sometimes the road seems rough, the pathway seems so long, but He is always by my side.
He whispers loving words to me and tells me to be strong...."
