I hope this is what you want.

TEARDROPS

OH MY FRIEND
CAN'T YOU HEAR THE SAVIOR CALLING
HE STANDS RIGHT THERE
AND KNOCKS AT YOUR HEART'S DOOR
IN YOUR PRIDE
YOU SAY YOU'LL WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW
AND ONCE AGAIN
HE'S TURNED AWAY LIKE TIMES BEFORE

CHORUS

AND YOU SAY YOU DON'T NEED
THIS MAN CALLED JESUS
AND YOU SAY YOU CAN HANDLE YOUR OWN LIFE
BUT IF YOU REALLY BELIEVE
THE WORDS YOU ARE SAYING
THEN TELL ME WHY
ARE THOSE TEARDROPS IN YOUR EYES

OH THE CHANCE YOU ARE TAKING
IS A GREAT ONE
PUT JESUS OFF AND KEEP YOUR LIFE OF SIN
HERE HE STANDS
AT YOUR HEART'S DOOR GENTLY KNOCKING
TURN HIM DOWN AND HE MAY NEVER CALL AGAIN
YOU KNOW IT'S TRUE
WE'VE NO PROMISE OF TOMORROW
AND TODAY COULD BE
YOUR LAST CHANCE TO PRAY
SO COME NOW
WHILE THE MASTER'S GENTLY CALLING
AND DON'T LET YOUR PRIDE AGAIN
TURN HIM AWAY

I know this post has been forever ago, but I just wanted to say that, whoever the two of you are, you made my heart happy and my eyes tear up. Tony Gore sang Tear Drops (or his group did), but my Daddy was Roy Price and HE wrote this song. Only a handful of people have heard it sung by my Daddy, but man, I know there's not another person in this world that could do it nearly as well as Daddy. His songs came straight from his soul. He could be sitting at a friend's table and just all of a sudden grab a piece paper and start writing. I watched him write an entire song on the back of a grocery store receipt one time. Thank y'all for making my day. The picture is of me and Daddy years ago.

It's always a thrill and a blessing when the family and close friends of the great gospel music writers drop by to share their stories and experiences. Thanks so much for sharing! It's wonderful that your dad's words are still blessing many, and will continue to do so for years to come.

God bless!
Steve

I actually have the last song he wrote and sang before he died. It's called Kaylee's Colors. He tells the story of the crucifixion in the song like his granddaughter was asking the questions and they were drawing a picture together as the story was told. I would love to do something with it, but have no idea where to start.
