what a great song. my mama wants this played at her funeral when she goes on to be with jesus! she said she wants all of us to be up shouting and praising the lord instead of crying and moping.. !!!

I want this played at my funeral! No crying or sad songs for me. I want preaching and for the lost to know the lord.

At my church we always played it in a minor to give it that jazzy bluse feel. I rock from the E to the B on the bass hand hitting the Em inbetween to make it kind of bounce.

When I die, let me die screaming in tongues. Let it ring in my ears, all the evil I've done. Lord give my voice strength to curse you one more time. Then have them demons carry me screaming over to the other side
