Jesus Forgive

My mother always wanted this hymm sung at her funeral but we were unable to find the lyrics for it. All I can remember is Jesus forgive and then something like if I have sinned against someone please forgive.....She could not remember all of the owrds to it but she definitely had a tune and could sing the first couple lines. I'm just sorry I didn't write them down.
