The way we sung it in our simple country church was this:

Chorus:
Walk around me Jesus.....Walk Around,
Walk around me Jesus.....Walk Around,
Well, walk around me Jesus.....walk around,
Walk around my bedside now!

Verse 1
When I'm in trouble.....Walk Around
When I'm in trouble.....Walk Around.
Well, when I'm in trouble......walk around,
Walk around my bedside now

These verses continue in the same order although you change them to:

When I Am Praying (or Kneeling)
When I Need Healing
When I Need Deliverance

of course there are other possible verses too:
if you believe in the power of prayer...walk around
if you're glad you know the truth...walk around
if you are in need of a healing...walk around
if you want the holy ghost...walk around
if you want the gift of tongues...walk around etc.

then the variation of the chorus is:
"and Jesus will walk around with you"
