Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

Hey, one of my favorite songs from the GVB is Good, Good News. Now I can understand most of the song, but during the chorus, they say blessed are the ___ that take the truth. It sounds like "few" or "free," but no matter how close I try to listen to it or how loud I make the sound I can't understand the words. Does anybody know lyrics or at least know what the word is cuz it drives me up the wall when I can't figure a word out?
