Does anyone know the lyrics, all I can remember is, quickly I'll say it by the blood of the lamb I made it through.

When the last rays of sunshine in my life have faded.
And my time to cross Jordan is near.
There'll be somebody waiting to carry me over.
When I say goodbye to loved ones down here.
