The Title to the above song is "The Next Step".
Words and music by Mr. Jack Campbell of Gideon Missouri.
Mr. Campbell wrote many wonderful songs such as "The best is yet to come"'
"Jesus Use Me". I've got more to go to heaven for", "Oh, what a happy Day" and many others. He passed away in Feb of 2007.

Amen, why woory when you have the Lord by your side. O yea He never leaves nor forsake us- a faithful father indeed. In the happiest moments praise God in the valley of the shadow of death praise him more. Hallelujah. Y worry God is in control everytime. Bleess the Lord o my soul with this song....

It was written sometime before 1974. I heard a dear brother sing that song in that time frame. He did a wonderful job with it!

I heard this song sung by an Evangelist and his wife in the 1960's. We were in Revival at the March Church of God, Marks, MS. If i remember correctly, they were from Arkansas. Thought of the lyrics this morning and just wanted to refresh my memory.
