"It's the springs up in the mountains and the valleys down below"

I'm trying to track down this hymn I used to sing at school, but that's the only line I can remember from it I also remember there being a line vaguely saying "another mans east is another mans west". Please help.

Its from come and praise 2 book.

Its the springs up in the mountains, make the rivers on the plain,
that bring waters to the cities and they seek the sea again,
snd the rivers fill the oceans and the oceans make waves,
by the winds blowing over one world.

and a man becomes a neighbour, or a brother, or a friend;
and the oneness of the world you undertsand.
by the east for your neighbour, is another neighbour's west,
it depends upon just where you stand.

remember haha? that is verse one and the chorus. If you write down your email address on this page, I should be able to send you a music file of this song as I have the cd of come and praise series and should be able to send you that track.

I have stumbled across this and want to know what music filke anyone has - as my dad wrote this song!!! I was trying to locate the lyrics myself as I knew it was in a published book but did not know anyone had made an album! I will have to let my dad know - doubt he has copyrighted it though! He will be thrilled it was a favourite of yours though!
