My uncle Lynn is the one that wrote the song. My mom sang it all the time when I was growing up. I know there's sheet music to it. I can look and post when I find.

Look up the Archers (on iTunes), their 1977 album, and they sing it. However, I heard it sounds better than their recording. But at least you can hear the tune
