"As we gather at the table, there will be an empty chair...???"

I have been asked to sing the hymn "The Empty Chair" at a funeral for a very good friend of mine on the 24th of March. All I can remember of the lyrics is "As we gather at the table, there will be an empty chair." I thought I had the music in a hymnal; but after much searching I have come up empty. Tried doing a search on line to no avail also. I know the tune but cannot remember the lyrics. Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

Let me put it this way. To the best of my memory the name of the hymn is "The Empty Chair. Unfortunately my memory is not what it use to be.
