No, but I did use my print music editor to write a little lead sheet showing the melody and chords that I had in my memory from decades ago. Oops, I think I may have substituted some words, but this is the melody that we used to sing at bible camp in the 1980's. It's a nice and wonderful innocent song for newly saved Christians to sing at campmeeting. That's why I love it.

I have seen it entitled in a hymn book as Thank You, Lord. I'm pretty sure that's the title, but I don't know what book it was in.
