Does any body know the song "The Lord is my best friend, He knows all about me, He knows where I've been etc". I need the music and the song. I hear it on the radio but they don't tell who sings it or the title. Thank you!

I've made a lot of friends in my lifetime
and I've come to appreciate them all,
but I've got one friend
