your eyes have never seen but you'll love everything your ears have never heard the way my choir can sing my feet have never walked upon the streets of pure gold but i know enough to keep me pressing on

The song is called ''Lookin' Up'' . It starts, I lifted up my eyes to heaven as I so often do and I wondered about the things that lie beyond God's shy so blue. I felt his presence near me and I whispered lord what could it be, what wonderful things lie just out of reach for me (chorus) He said your eyes have never seen but you'll love everything, your ears have never heard the way my choir will sing and your feet have never touched upon the golden streets of your home. No I've never been there but I know enough to keep me pressing on. And continues on. My family and I went to church and where friends with another family that made many recordings of hymns and this is one song they used to sing. That was many years ago when I was a child. Things have changed so much both in and out of churches and I miss those days, these are the songs I enjoy! I hope this helps you!

I've tossed about it often times, I almost lose my way. Then by faith I look to Him I see the land of endless days. There's nothing down here worth losing it all. Very soon this will all be gone. When millions of ages have passed up there, I will still be living on.
