The following verse was found on the tombstone of one of my husband's ancestors, who was a preacher in the Stone-Campbell movement in the 19th century.
Google isn't finding anything, so I thought I'd post it here, to see if it's associated with a hymn. Thanks in advance.
Through heat and cold I often went
Through sorrow and distress
To call on sinners to repent
And seek the Saviour's face.
Is this a hymn, or a poem? Through heat and cold I often went
