Does anyone on here know who the author of the song is:

This was a surprisingly challenging question to track down.

The Lindseys and the Nunn Sisters sing the most popular renditions of this song, but neither of them appeared to be the writers.

The only clue I could find are the comments on this YouTube video from 2018 that seemed fairly confident it was written by Pastor Josh Williams of Crossroads Baptist Church.

It took me the longest time to find corroboration, but I believe I finally found it on BMI's website.

In the process of seeking out Pastor Williams's name, I came across a number of really great renditions of the song by many, many others.
