Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

I have the sheet music to "Sorry, I Never Knew You" if anyone wants it. Send me your name and address and I will mail it to you. I cannot email. [email protected]

I heard a different version to this back in 1964.

I remember Sherman Branch. The best I can remember, he and my daddy worked in a cotton mill together, and it was my impression that Daddy might have been the first to hear the song (as they worked). Both Sherman and Daddy liked writing songs, as I remember. I wish Daddy had gotten some of his songs published. Back to Sherman, I guess, Sherman Sr. He was a good man and such a blessing to everyone he came in contact with.

But please what happened to Sherman branch the original writer

I've searched about him online but saw no reasonably thing about his family, music career, no pictures of him etc

What really happened with him am curious

Can someone please tell me more about Sherman branch the original writer of this hymn "sorry I never knew you" if you have his picture I Will love to see it .....
I am still wondering why nothing tangible is written about him online, like other music writers
