Thank you for posting the words for me - - - my beloved wife and I sang this hymn as I tried to help her walk up and down the hall. She suffered from the disabling MS disease but now suffers no more as she has gone home to her Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

I got the call that my grandmother had died. She was everything to me. I went into my bathroom and cried. I started to sing this song out of (what I thought was no where) Now I know it was God letting me know she was with Him! I love you Grandma, Thanks for teaching me to fulfil the commandment of LOVE! You were the example!! Ilove you so very much!

My daughter, Becky, has convinced me that I should know more about the life of this powerful man - this Nazarenew carpenter.

Even though I can never take the 'virgin birth' and resurrection literally, still I find it to be a gentle and hopeful message with an untestable truth value. It is said to be a matter of faith, and a beautiful one at that!

A well-known theoretical physicist tell us that we can never prove a point using the same data which gave us the idea in the first place. Perhaps! Well, it either happened or it didn't, irrespective of our belief . Is this position sensible? Your comment would be appreciated.
