Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

I have been looking to download or perhaps find on CD a version of a hymn called James and Andrew, Peter and John. There is very little information about it online. We have sang it twice in the time that I have been attending Church and I would love to be able to listen to it on the go. Could anyone help ? Thank you in advance.
