Hymn Lyrics Search - Name That Hymn

Hi, my aunt heard a hymn on 'songs of praise recently'. We would like it played at her sisters funeral but don't know what it's called. The lyrics she thinks she remembers are:-
When the water is lapping at my feet, You will take me safely over where my loved ones I shall meet.
